Tiger balm vs the black cat

Lately I have been having an endless fight against the black cat sleeping in Aarons bed during the night when Aaron sleeps in our bed. He leaves a lot of black hair in the bed and no nets or covers prevent him from getting in. I have never seen him there- he is smart enough to sneak in while no-one sees. But the black hair reveals his doings.

I read from somewhere that cats hate citron. I have been trying to use it by dripping some drops of fresh citron on bed. Once I even left the citron cut in halves in the bed. It didn´t help.

Last night I realized I should try Tiger balm- there is a jar of that next to our bed. It has got a very strong smell so maybe be the cat wouldn´t like it. I have two small jars of that magical balm brought from India but I have noticed that also my favorite ethnic grocery Vii Voan sells it.
